As part of a newly launched programme, employees were encouraged to take paid time off to volunteer for local causes.
The team joined forces with Walsall Council for a litter pick at Reedswood Park’s Fishing Pool, where they worked enthusiastically to tackle local pollution. In just two hours, volunteers collected 23 bags of litter, along with two shopping trolleys and car tyres, highlighting both the environmental challenges and their commitment to creating a cleaner community.
Volunteers, including Dawn Gibson, Kelly Bennett-Nardon, Mathew Bennett-Nardon, Deepak Patel, Paul Collins, Robert Watson, Mark Smith Park, Mark Weston, and Jack Garfield, contributed to what proved to be a successful and morale-boosting event. Their efforts underscored the value of the new volunteering initiative, as they made a visible impact while giving back to their local area.
