Download as PDFTR Fastenings’ North East division is proud to sponsor the Whickham Fellside YFC Girls Under 13 & 14’s football teams for the 2021/22 season. The club has 33 teams playing in distinctive yellow and green colours, from Under seven’s to Under 23's. They also have a development group for boys aged five - seven and a wildcats group for girls aged six and upwards – www.whickhamfellsideyfc.co.uk
There has recently been an exciting opportunity for the team with Whickham Fellside YFC & the club recently becoming a sister club to Durham WFC (who play in the FA Championship, one tier down from the WSL). The team was invited to the first game of the season against Watford and had the opportunity to parade on the pitch at half time! The U13 and U14 Girls will play in the Sunday Northeast Junior Football League, based around the Newcastle, Gateshead, Stanley and Sunderland area.
TR Fastenings is delighted to be part of this, giving girls in our local community that chance to be part of a team. I believe being part of a club is an important part of a young person’s development! They are a volunteer run and funded group and have some great members, their families, sponsors, charitable groups and donators to support the club.

The sponsorship money provides the girls with warm training tops and rain jackets - which is a must in the cold North East winters!”
