TR Fastenings to exhibit at Battery Tech Expo Gothenburg

The highly influential Battery Tech Expo Gothenburg is fast approaching, and for TR Fastenings the event is the perfect opportunity to raise awareness of its technical capabilities to a specialist battery audience at a renowned venue. The Lindholmen Conference Hall is located in the heart of the city’s Lindholmen Science Park, where one of TR’s thriving Technical and Innovation centres is based. 

The Science Park is home to representatives of major industries, including automotive and communications. TR’s presence enables collaboration with a number of important corporations, and to have an involvement in development projects established by both the University of Gothenburg and the Chalmers Institute of Technology. Volvo, Ericsson, Scania, Geely and IBM are just some of the businesses with a presence at the Science Park.

Many of TR’s global customers are within walking distance of the Gothenburg centre, and the Battery Tech Expo represents a valuable opportunity to network with them, as well as with others from further afield, in what is understandably seen as an epicentre location. TR’s main focus at the show will be on the environmental benefits of its products and the highly regarded tech support services provided.

Sven Brehler, Global Director of Engineering at TR Fastenings, will be giving a talk at 9.25am on ‘Fasteners for a sustainable future in battery technology’, clearly a hugely important subject at this time. TR, part of Trifast plc, is a full service provider to the automotive industry, supplying and distributing fastener products to the Tier 1 market.
